摘要
目的 :为应用桡动脉作冠状动脉旁路术 (coronaryarterybypassgrafting ,CABG)的动脉桥提供解剖学依据。方法 :观测了 35具成人尸体的两侧桡动脉长度、外径、毗邻结构和可用于CABG的长度和外径。结果 :桡动脉总长度为 2 0 .87cm ,可用于CABG的长度为 19.99cm ;桡动脉上端外径为 3.18mm ,可用于CABG的桡动脉上端、中点、下端外径分别是 2 .6 6mm、2 .2 8mm、2 .2 9mm。结论 :桡动脉有足够的长度和与冠状动脉相匹配的外径 ,可作为CABG的动脉桥。
Objective:To provide an anatomical basis for applying the radial artery(RA) to coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG).Methods:On 35 adult cadaveric upper limber specimens,the length and outer diameter of RA as wall as the length and outer diameter used for CABG were observed and measured.The adjacent structures of RA were also investigated.Results:The total length of RA was 20.87cm,the length of which can be used in CABG was 19.99cm.The outer diameter of upper segment,medial point and lower end of RA were 2.66mm,2.28mm,2.29mm respectively.Conclusion:The length is sufficient and accessible to the outer diameter of the radial artery for the coronary artery.The radial artery is a suitable graft in CABG.
