胎儿宫内窘迫新生儿心肌酶谱的变化及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究宫内窘迫新生儿心功能的损害。方法 选取 5 7例有胎儿宫内窘迫表现的新生儿为观察组 ,同期住院的无宫内窘迫及产时窒息的新生儿 5 8例作对照组 ,监测其血清心肌酶谱的变化并作比较。结果 观察组血清CK、CK MB、LDH和α HBD水平均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 不论是否发生产时窒息 ,宫内窘迫可造成新生儿心功能损害。因此应加强孕期及产前监测 ,以利于早期干预。 Objective To study the damage of cardiac function in newborns with fetal distress.Methods 57 newborns with fetal distress were taken as observe group and 58 newborns without fetal distress and delivey suffoation in the same time as control group,Serum cardiac enzymes were measured and compared.Results The CK,CK-MB,LDH and α-HBD levels were singificantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Fetal distress may injure the cardiac function,no matter newborns suffocation.The antenatal and postpartum measurement is essential to treatment in time.
