摘要
本文报道了血浆儿茶酚胺测定的一种改良方法,其回收率平均为103.6%,批内变异系数7.2%,批间变异系数13.1%,最小可测量度0.4ng/ml。66例健康人的测定结果表明,正常值范围2.3~26.8ng/ml(以肾上腺素计),而且男女之间、不同年龄组别间均无显著差异,亦无明显昼夜节律性变化。
This paper reported a mobified metho of plasma catecholamine determination which was established in the endocrinology laborabory of our department. It based upon the fact that catecholamine can be absorbed by acid aluminum oxide at pH 8-8.5 and it can be washed away at pH 1. Thus the catecholamine can be purified for quantitative determination through oxidation by iron potassium cyanide to produce a flurocent substance. The actual laboratory procedures were described in detail. The redeem rate of this method was 103.6% on average. The variation coefflcient within One batch was 7.2%, and that among different batches was 13.1%. The minimal measurable amount was 0.4/ng ml. The result of determinations in 66 cases of healthy persons revealed that the range of normal value was 2.3—26.Sng/ml (in terms of epinephrine). There was neither significant difference between males and females nor between different age groups. The diurnat and nocturnal rhythmic changes were also not apparent.
