摘要
外向型经济发展的程度如何已经成为衡量一个地区经济发展水平的重要标志。经济开放度能较好地刻画外向型经济发展状况。湖南省经济开放度总体水平低,远低于全国平均水平,而内部又存在着巨大的差异。文章对湖南今后如何发展外向型经济提出几点思考:一是点面结合,形成湖南省开放型经济的整体框架;二是优化投资环境,拓宽外商投资新领域;三是发挥资源优势,调整产业、产品、市场、企业结构,大力发展对外贸易。
The development of outward-oriented economy has been an important symbol of regional economic development. Economic opening can rule the development of outward-oriented economy very well. In Hunan province, however, the total level of economic opening is still low, but also there is great difference inter-region. In this paper, some suggestion is put out. Firstly, building the whole framework of opening economy in Hunan; Secondly, optimum investment environment and widening foreign businessmen investment range; thirdly, developing foreign trade.
