准二维铅锡电沉积物的相组成分析

摘要 研究了准二维铅锡电沉积物的相组成成份.在原始电解液中铅锡离子浓度相等,外加电极电位不变的情况下,不同生长部位的电沉积物的形貌和相组成均有很大差异.分析显示,沉积物中的铅锡均以固溶体的形式存在,生长前端的枝状沉积物是由细小的铅基固溶体和锡基固溶体弥散均匀分布、形成的共晶体;中后部的小球状沉积物其芯部为共晶体,而外层则是铅基固溶体. Abstract This paper presented an analysis of the phase composition of the aggregation in Pb-Sn binary system by electrodeposition. In this system the concentration of [Pb]z+ and [Sn]2+ in initial solution was equal. It was found that, the morphology of the aggregate at the top of the growth and the rearward part presented mainly as branches and grains,respectively,and the phase compositions of the branches and grains were different.
