摘要
根据大型发电燃气轮机的结构和性能信息,利用ASPEN软件建立了较详细的系统及部件的热力计算模型,对其冷却空气参数及其分配规律进行了推测;以逐级计算冷却空气做功的详细计算方法为基准,在透平压比及排气温度相同的条件下,对使用两种透平进口温度计算透平膨胀功的简化方法进行了比较和分析,展示了不同计算方法得出的功率和效率存在差别的原因;分析结果证明,两种由透平初温计算透平膨胀功的方法对功率的计算结果相似,但根据ISO方法定义的透平进口温度透平膨胀功,相应效率的值更接近透平的级等熵效率,效率意义明确,是一种较理想的简便计算方法。
An ASPEN flow sheet was established for the detailed mass and energy balance of the gas turbine system including main cooling air flows. Based on the published performance information of Siemens V94.3 gas turbine, the parameters of cooling airs were deduced. The expansion work of gas expander was calculated in a stage-by-stage way with consideration of cooling air entering from different stages. Taking the stage calculation results as standard, two simple expansion work calculation methods using different turbine inlet temperature (TIT) were compared and analyzed. It is found that different efficiency definitions should be used in correspondence to different methods. It is concluded that the method using ISO temperature as TIT could employ the common-defined stage efficiency directly with acceptable accuracy.
