摘要
文章综述了近年来经颅多普勒评价脑血管反应性的研究进展,通过观察吸入CO2、静脉注射乙酰唑胺、屏气试验和倾斜试验时脑血流速度的变化来评价脑血管反应性已得到许多研究的证实,认为可以作为评价卒中危险性的独立指标。
This article reviews the advances in the assessment of cerebrovascular reactivity with transcranial Doppler (TCD) in recent years. Cerebrovascular reactivity can be assessed with cerebral blood flow velocity detected via inhalation of CO2, Diamox test, breath-holding test, and tilt-table test. Cerebrovascular reactivity can be considered as an independent indicator in the evaluation of the risk of stroke.
