摘要
目的 :验证火麻仁油是否可通过其润下作用而抗衰老。方法 :用火麻仁油对复方地芬诺脂致便秘模型小鼠进行实验 ,用药共 4 0d ,设空白对照组、阳性对照组、火麻仁油大、小剂量组。结果 :表明火麻仁油能显著降低复方地芬诺脂致便秘模型小鼠血清及脑组织升高的NO水平 ,能显著增加模型组小鼠胸腺厚度及皮质淋巴细胞数 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :火麻仁油可降低机体的NO及对免疫系统的影响而延缓衰老。
Objective: to verify whether Oil of Fructus Cannabis has the effect of anti-senility through its lubrication. Method: make tests on the mice in constipation caused by Compound Di Fen Nuo Zhi for 40days, compared with blank control group, a group given smaller dose of Oil of Fructus Cannabis and a group given larger dose of Oil of Fructus Cannabis. Result: facts have shown that Oil of Fructus Cannabis has the effect of lowering the degree of the sera, brains’ NO and thymus histology of the mice in constipation caused by Compound Di Fen Nuo Zhi. And it can increase the thickness of thymus and cortical lymphocyte of model mice (P<0.01). Conclusion: Oil of Fructus Cannabis can lower the effect of body’s NO on the immune system to postpone senility.
