摘要
本文从档案的真实性、档案的保管、档案的组织及其服务性四方面对纸质档案和电子档案作了比较分析。通过分析可知,电子档案是档案管理现代化的基础,它的管理不但需要技术的发展,更需要有完善的制度做保证。
In this text, we make a comparison between the traditional paper archives and the electronic archives
on the aspect of the trustiness, the storage, the organization, and the service function. From the analyses, it
is known that the electric archives system is the modern foundation of the management of archives, which
needs the development of the technology and the well-developed management system.
