摘要
在阀芯双运动自由度的基础上提出了一种流体伺服螺旋的概念。该伺服螺旋具有普通的丝杆-螺母机构的角位移与直线位移的运动转换功能,很适用设计新型流体比例控制阀。作为实际应用的例子,介绍了一种新型的气动数字比例阀。实验结论表明该阀具有良好的性能,且结构简单。
Based on the idea of spool's two degree of freedom motion authors put forward a new concept of servo screw. It possesses the transformation between ansular and linear motion such as conventional leading screw-nut mechanism, and is suitable to be applied in the design of new proportinal fluid power control valves. In this paper a new type of pneumatic discrete proportional valve is introduced as an example of practical application. It is shown from the experiment that the valve possesses good performances and simple structure.
