摘要
利用傅立叶变换红外光谱 (FT-IR) 技术,对不饱和聚酯在有机蒙脱土存在下的固化行为进行了研究.通过不饱和聚酯预聚体双键在 980cm 处、苯乙烯双键在 912cm 处的特征吸收峰的谱带积分所得峰面积的计算,得到了不同反应时间不饱和聚酯和苯乙烯中双键的转化率.对相同条件下纯不饱和聚酯固化反应与不饱和聚酯/蒙脱土复合体系固化反应进行比较,结果发现由于蒙脱土的存在,使得固化反应在初期产生一定的诱导期.这表明蒙脱土对不饱和聚酯的固化反应有一定的阻聚作用.
FT-IR technology is widely utilized well known of easy operation, short time and high sensitivity. Nan- ocomposite has been focused on a lot of researches in recent years because of some special performance. Unsaturated polyester has very good performance in mechanics, electricity, anticorrosion, ect. The key to preparing the unsaturated polyester / montmorillonite nanocomposite is to understand the curing behavior of unsaturated polyester in the existence of organic montmorillonite. In this paper FT-IR was used to determine the curing behavior of unsa- turated polyester in the existence of organic montmorillonite. Both peaks of 980 cm and 912 cm for the double bonds of unsaturated polyester and styrene respectively were chosen to be observed. The conversion ratio was cal- culated from the character peak areas of the double bonds above at different period during the curing reaction. An in- ductive period was appeared at the beginning of the reaction due to montmorillonite. The result revealed that mon- tmorillonite could inhibit the curing reaction of unsaturated polyester.
