血液系统疾病合并抑郁症的危险因素分析

Analysis on Risk Factors for Depression Associated with Hematology Diseases

摘要 目的 了解血液系统疾病合并抑郁症的患病率,进而探讨其患病危险因素。方法 用汉密尔顿抑郁量表对92例血液系统疾病患者(血液系统疾病组)和82例正常对照组进行评分,并建立回归模型,对合并抑郁症的患者进行回归分析,在α=0.10水平分析并确定其患病危险因素。结果 ①血液系统疾病患者合并抑郁症的患病率(45.65%)明显高于正常对照组抑郁症的患病率(8.54%)。②血液系统疾病患者中,抑郁症的发生与性别、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、疾病分类、病程和治疗方案有关。结论 抑郁症在血液系统疾病患者中有较高的患病率,性别、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、疾病分类、病程和治疗方案是血液系统疾病患者合并抑郁症的可能危险因素。 Objective To investigate the incidence of depression among people with hematology diseases and analyze the risk factors. Methods Ninety-two patients with hematology diseases (hematology diseases group) and 82 normal subjects (control group) were interviewed and analyzed by Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD). A regression analysis was used to ensure the risk factors of depression with hematology diseases on an α= 0. 10 level. Results The incidence of depression in patients with hematology diseases was obviously higher than that of control group. In patients with hematology diseases, depression was found to correlate with 6 factors, including sex, level of education, mean monthly income, disease classification, duration and treatment. Conclusion The incidence of depression in patients with hematology diseases is high. Sex, level of education, mean monthly income, disease classification, duration and treatment may be the probable risk factors for depression in patients with hematology diseases.
