摘要
利用传感器技术、微计算机技术和集成电路技术设计的可用于半径测量的数显卡尺 ,是一种具有高科技含量的新型半径测量工具 ,它具有体积小、手持式测量的特点 ,用LCD显示测量结果 ,可用于生产现场。本文详细分析了传感器精度和机械精度对测量结果的影响 。
A new high tech instrument,an electronic digital caliper for radius m easurement is introduced. Sensor technology, computer technology and IC technolo gy are integrated into this instrument. This instrument may be used on product l ine with characteristic of small volume, portable testing, measuring result disp layed by LCD. The influence of sensor precision and machine precision to the mea suring result is analyzed in detail. The relationship between measuring range, c hord length and precision is offered.
