摘要
在描述球头刀刃的曲线参数方程时 ,选取不同的刀刃几何参数会影响刀刃槽加工的刀位轨迹非线性方程计算中的求解 ,产生求导病态以及坐标变换中的几何不变性等问题 ,本文依据微分几何和计算几何理论阐述了以刀刃点的转角变量作为刀刃几何参数的优越性。
In defined parameter equations for cutting edge on sphere surface,sel ecting different geometric parameter affects following whether happen diseasedne ss or not in derivation calculus or keep geometric invariability or not in coord inate change for calculating cutter location. On basis of the differential geome try and computational geometry theory, this paper discusses a superiority which takes the rotary angle of point at cutting edge as geometry parameter.
