摘要 针对直燃型双效溴化锂吸收式制冷机在扰动工况下的工作特点,建立了各个部件及系统的动态仿真模型,编制了通用仿真软件.利用仿真软件研究了制冷机在扰动工况下的动态特性,得出了为保持稳定的冷媒水出口温度,燃料输入量随着冷却水及冷媒水进口温度而变化的关系式. This paper focused on the dynamic characteristics of a gas-fired double-effect lithium bromide absorption chiller when it is disturbed by the changes of some running parameters, such as the mass flow rates or temperatures of entering cooling or chilled water, and the gas consumption rate. The dynamic models of each component, the system model, were established with lumped parameters. A simulation software was developed with FORTRAN and VB languages. Several dynamic responses of the chiller were investigated with this simulation software. The simulation results were verified by experimental data when the entering temperature of cooling water is varying, and the both are consistent with each other. The relationships between the gas consumption rate and the temperatures of entering cooling or chilled water when a stable leaving chilled water temperature is needed were presented.
