摘要
介绍10k/a硫酸钾装置的设计和施工经验,重点介绍根据其它同类装置的经验和教训对反应炉的保温、强度、防渗漏及成品推进器所进行的一些改进。装置开车后运行正常,产品硫酸钾及副产品盐酸的各项技术指标均达到设计要求。
The experiences in design and construction of a 10 kt/a potassium sulphate plant are described with the emphases on the improvement of insulation,strength and anti-leak of reaction furnace, as well as product propeller based on the experiences of other plants of the same kinds. After commissioning, the plant operated well and all technical indexes of both product potassium sulphate and byproduct chlohydric acid reached design values.
