摘要
介绍陶瓷过滤机在铜冶炼烟气制酸装置污水处理系统中的试验、选型及应用。陶瓷过滤机采用新型微孔陶瓷板为过滤介质,由转子、分配头、搅拌器、刮刀、料浆槽、真空系统、反冲洗系统和自控系统组成。对含固率(质量分数)为5％、pH值为1-2的硫化污泥脱水后,滤饼含水率(质量分数)约50％。设备操作方便,劳动环境好,材料未见叫显腐蚀。
Test, selection and application of porcelain filter in the swage treatment system of a copper smelter acid plant are described. The filter adopted a new type of microporous porcelain plate as filtrating media and consisted of rotor, distributor, stirrer, scraper, slurry tank, and vacuum, backwashing and auto control systems. The mud with solid content of 5wt% at pH 1-2 from sulphurization system was dewatered, resulting in cake with water content of about 50wt% . The device operated in a simple and environmentally friendly way and without any obvious corrosion of material.
