摘要
介绍云铜公司4个系列、总设计能力428kt/a的铜冶炼烟气制酸装置的技术改造。经过对电收尘器、填料塔、转化器等设备的改造及污水处理、尾气处理系统的设置,装置总设计能力达590kt/a,排水及尾气达到国家排放标准。
The technical transformation of Yunnan Coppers 4 sulphuric acid systems with a total design capacity of 428 kt/a is described including the retrofit of electrostatic precipitator, packed tower and converter and installation of treatment devices for sewage and tail gas. The total design capacity rose to 590 kt/a and both water effluent and SO, emission were up to national standards.
