摘要
精确控制主梁T结构装焊变形对整个桥式起重机制造质量有重要影响。提出了主梁T结构装配过程中的协调变形和由于焊缝收缩引起上拱变化的解析计算方法,并与三维有限元数值模拟的结果进行了比较,结果一致。上述解析计算方法使用灵活,计算速度快,同时又可以保证一定的精度,可以对各类产品的T结构装焊过程的上拱变化作出方便、准确预测,提高起重机制造质量。
Controlling welding deformation is a very important factor for high quality cranes.Therefore,it is necessary to predict deformation precisely for those huge structures.In this paper an analytical method is proposed,which can be used to predict the deformation of the T-shape structure of the main beam caused by fitting and welding.3-D FEA models were also made to simulate the same processing.By comparing the results of the deformation prediction,good agreements were showed while the calculation time differs hundreds of times.For such structures,it is easy to see that the convenient forum could be used more widely.
