摘要
目的 探讨氨甲喋呤 (MTX)单次肌肉注射与米非司酮联合应用治疗异位妊娠。方法 观察组MTX 5 0mg肌注1次 ,米非司酮 75mgBid口服× 3～ 4d ,对照组MTX 2 0mg肌注Qd× 5d ,两组均同时给予中药宫外孕一号方口服。结果 MTX单次肌肉注射与米非司酮联合治疗成功率为90 77% ,明显高于对照组 ,β HCG下降速度及幅度明显高于对照组且副反应明显减少。结论 MTX单次肌肉注射与米非司酮联合治疗异位妊娠安全有效。
Objective To investigate the effect of combination single-dose methotrexate intramuscular injection and mifepristone in treating ectopic pregnancy. Methods Treatment consisted of 50 mg of MTX intramuscular injection one time, and 75 mg of mifepristone orally two times for 3～4 d. The controls received 20 mg MTX intramuscular injection for 5 d. And all the cases received traditional chinese medical herbs. Results The success rate of the combination group was 90 77%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group. The blood β-HCG decreasing in short time, and the side effect is less. Conclusion The combination of single-dose methotrexate (MTX) intramuscular injection and mifepristone in treating ectopic pregnancy is a safe, effective method with high successful rate and minor side effect.
