摘要
目的 探讨血清一氧化氮 (NO)和胃黏膜乙酰胆碱酯酶 (AChE)在功能性消化不良 (FD)中作用。方法 对每个FD患者进行症状评分 ,应用免疫比色法测定 6 0例FD患者和 4 3例正常人血清NO水平 ,分析FD患者症状积分和血清NO水平相关性 ;根据是否感染幽门螺杆菌将 6 0例FD患者分二组 :Hp阳性FD组 (FD +)和Hp阴性FD组 (FD - ) ,幽门螺杆菌感染通过 14C -尿素呼气试验 (14C UBT)检测 ;通过组织化学法测定 10例FD +患者和 9例正常胃黏膜AChE分布情况。结果 FD患者NO水平较正常人显著下降 (P<0 0 1) ,FD患者症状积分与血清NO水平负相关 (r =-0 82 7,P =0 0 4 37) ;FD +组与FD 组比较 ,血清NO水平差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;FD +患者胃黏膜AChE分布面积低于正常人 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 本研究结果提示FD发病可能与血清NO和胃黏膜AChE变化有关 ,Hp感染对FD患者症状影响较小。
Objective To investigate the effects of nitric oxide (NO) in the serum and acetylcholinesterase(AChE) in the gastric mucosa in patients with functional dyspepsia (FD) . Methods The serum NO level was determined using immunocolorimetry in 60 FD patients and 43 controls; FD symptom scores were assessed; the correlation was analyzed between symptom scores and serum NO level. On the basis of whether H.pylori (Hp) existed or not, sixty patients were divided into two groups:Hp-positive FD (FD+) and Hp-negative FD(FD-), Hp infection were tested by 14C-Urea Breath Test (14C-UBT). The distributions of acetylcholinesterase(AChE) in the gastric mucosa of 10 Hp-positive FD patients and 9 controls were studied by histochemistry method. Results In FD patients, there was a significant inverse correlation between symptom scores and serum NO level ( r=-0 827,P =0 0437). The serum NO level was significantly lower in the FD patients than in the controls ( P <0 01) ,there was not obvious difference in NO level between Hp-positive and Hp-negative FD ( P >0 05). The amount of AChE in the gastric mucosa of the patients with Hp-positive FD were significantly lower than that of the normal controls( P <0 05). Conclusion The results of this study indicate that patients with FD may be associated with the level of NO in the serum and AChE in the gastric mucosa,and Hp infection has little effect on FD symptoms.
