摘要
采用“以废治废”工艺,利用锅炉水膜除尘器中高温烟气的浓缩及高扰动状态下粉煤灰的吸附与脱色等效应,处理桐乡市恒生改性纤维有限公司高浓度涤纶聚酯废水,结果表明,烟气可以达到国家规定的排放标准,废水中乙二醇等主要有机污染物质大部分转移至粉煤灰渣中,CODcr综合吸附去除效率可达85.9%,消耗水量1.58t/t煤。
A technology of processing wastes with wastes was applied according to the characteristics of the quality of the esterifying wastewater, in which the high temperature of the smoke and the adsorption-decoloration effect of the highly disturbed fly ash in water membrane treatment of fly ash was made use to water consuming and pollution removal. The running results showed that smoke can meet the requirements of the national discharge standards. The pollution, such as entylene glycol in cycling wastewater is removed mostly into fly ash. The average removal rate of CODcr was up to 85. 9%, and water consumption reached 1. 58 tone per tone of coal.
