水热法制备TiO_2光催化剂及降解罗丹明B的活性 被引量:5

摘要 本文以Ti(SO4)2为原料,用水热沉淀法制备纳米TiO2光催化剂,用XRD、TEM、BET、DRS对水热法和Sol-gel法制备的TiO2粒子进行表征,以光催化降解水溶液中罗丹明B为模型反应,对水热法制备的TiO2光催化剂活性进行评价,结果表明,水热法制备的TiO2粒子粒径小(d101=7.5nm),比表面积大(SBET=102.8m2/g)吸光能力强,光催化活性高。 In this paper, Ti(SO4)2 is used as raw material to prepare nanosized titania photocatalyst by hy-drothermal sediment. The titania particles prepared respectively by hydrothermal method and sol-gel method are charactered by XRD. TEM, BET, DRS. The activity of TiO2 photocatalyst prepared by hydrothermal method was assessed by taking rhodamine B in the solution of photocatalyst degradation as model reaction. The result showed that the diameter of TiO2 particles prepared by hydrothermal method was smaller (d101 = 7. 5nm), the specific surface area is greater(SBET = 102. 8m2/g), the ability to absorb light was stronger and the activity of photocatalysis was higher.
