摘要 人类基因组大规模测序 ,揭示基因组精细结构的同时 ,还显示出基因数量的有限性和结构的相对稳定。随着生物技术的飞速发展 ,创立了与基因组相对应的蛋白质组学 (proteomics) ,将从生命功能的执行体———蛋白质水平研究基因的表达及功能。生殖系统的疾病 ,并非均由遗传变异引起 ,许多分子水平的变化发生在翻译后蛋白质的修饰。
