摘要 目的 探讨白血病抑制因子 (LIF)及其受体 (LIFR)在人输卵管中的表达和定位。 方法 采用原位杂交和免疫组织化学染色技术检测 2 2例人输卵管组织中的LIFmRNA及LIF和LIFR蛋白的表达。 结果 人输卵管上皮细胞和血管内皮细胞的胞浆中有LIFmRNA及LIF和LIFR蛋白表达 ;分娩后未转经及月经增殖期妇女的输卵管组织的表达较弱 ,而在月经分泌期妇女输卵管组织的表达则较强。 结论 人输卵管组织中存在LIF和LIFR表达 ,且在卵巢周期中有相应的变化。 Objective: To study the expression and localization of leuk emia inhibitory factor (LIF) and its receptor (LIFR) in human oviduct. Methods:By immunohistochemical analysis and in situ hybridizati on, the expression of LIF mRNA, LIF and LIFR protein of human oviduct was obser ved in 22 cases. Results: The expression of LIF mRNA, LIF and LIFR protein was observed in epithelium and vascular endothelial cells of all oviduct specimens, and their expression was lower in oviduct in either the proliferative phase of m enstrual cycle or the postpartum without resuming of menstruation. Whereas, the stronger expression was found in oviduct in secretory phase of menstrual cycle. Conclusion: The LIF and LIFR are both expressed in oviduct tissu e, and may exhibit cyclic change throughout the menstrual cycle.
