摘要
目的 :研究九头狮子草对金黄色葡萄球菌、β溶血性链球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌的抗菌作用机理。方法 :使用BH 2OLYMPUS显微镜对亚最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)各细菌进行观察 ,并使用BH 2OLYMPUS显微照相机拍照。结果 :各细菌形态发生显著性改变 ,形成典型的细胞壁缺陷菌 (细菌L型 )。结论 :九头狮子草具有抗菌作用 ,其抗菌作用机理可能在于引起细菌细胞壁的缺损 ,造成菌体肿胀。
Objective: To study the antibacterial mechanism of herba peristrophis (HP) on Staphylococcus aureus, β Streptococcus hemolyticus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Klebsiella pneumonia . Methods: BH 2 microscope was used to observe the morphology of the bacteria and BH 2 micro camera was used to photo the sub MIC bacteria. Results: Morphologies of the bacteria were obviously changed into typical L form. Conclusion: The antibacterial mechanism of HP might be destroying the cell wall of bacteria.[
