摘要
目的 :调查心理咨询门诊病人心理状况 ,以便更好的开展心理咨询工作。方法 :以中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第三版 (CCMD 3)为诊断依据 ,明尼苏达多相人格测定 (MMPI)为测量工具 ,研究心理咨询病人心理状况及疾病分布。结果 :就诊者中大多数都有心理疾患 ,有些还是重性精神病。结论 :加强心理咨询和心理治疗的普及 。
Objective:To analyze the psychological state of outpatients of Guizhou Mental Hospital. Methods: Psychological state and the distribution of diseases in clinic visitors were studied with CCMD 3 as diagnostic criteria of mental disorder and MMPI as a standard for psychological assessment. Results: Most of the visitors suffered from mental disorder, and some of them suffered from severe psychoses . Conclusion: It is needed that to reinforce the popularization of psychoconsultation and psychotherapy , so as to increase the acceptance of the public.
