摘要
马鞍山钢铁设计研究院仅最近二年来就在30多座炉子上采用烟气余热全自回收综合性节能新技术,鲁遍取得了节能15%~25%的效果,南昌钢厂、韶关钢厂中板和上钢一厂650炉,年节油效果相当于400万元.本文在本刊1986年NO.2上发表作者写的“加热炉烟气余热全回收及其应用”一文的基础上,用更加丰富的实践资料和深入的分析,阐明了火焰炉烟气余热回收率还有可能提高一倍,其途径不仅在于推广大能力多行程高效换热器,而且要提高余热保存率和切实提高全热风预热温度,以及重视换热器清灰技术的开发等重要观点。
Maanshan Design Research Institute of Iron & Steel adopts new comprehensive energy-saving techniques of all-self flue gas waste heat recovery on 30-odd furnaces in recent two years, these furnaces generally obtains 15% ~25% energy-saving effect. Its year oil-saving effect is equivalent to 4 million yuan ( $ 750, 000) in furnace 650 of Nanchang Steel Works, medium plate reheating furnace of Shaoguan Steel Works and furnace 650 of Shanghai Steel Works No. 1. Based on All-self Recovery of Reheating Furnace Flue Gas Waste Heat and Its Application by the author published in this journal No. 2, 1986, with more abundant practice data and deeper analysis, it is clarified that flue gas waste heat recovery rate of flame furnace can be increased one time by ways of not only extending use of powerful multi-travel and high efficiency recuperators, but also increasing waste heat conservation rate and all hot air preheating temperature, and with the emphasis on development of recuperator ash cleaning techniques in this paper.
