摘要
太钢耐火公司硅砖隧道窑自1980年投产以来,一直存在烧成燃料消耗高(达849kgce/t成品),窑温不稳,砖的优级品率低(45%左右)的问题。本文叙述了为解决上述问题而将供煤气燃烧用的一次空气由冷风改为抽引窑内冷却砖产生的900~950℃热风的方案、实施及效果。生产实践表明,用空压机抽引窑内热风作一次燃烧风的技术,使烧成煤耗降到了650kgce/t成品,优级品率升到了78.06%。
High firing consumption of fuel, instability of kiln temperature and low rate of good brick have been existed in silica brick, tunnel kiln of refractory company of TISC since it is put into operation in 1980. In the paper rhe plan, practice and effect of substituting hot air of 900~950℃ from silica brick tunnel kiln for cool air to serve as air fired as primary are presented. The practice shows that firing coal consumption is reduced to 650 kgce per ton of brick and rate of good product is raised to 78. 06% by adopting the technique.
