摘要
介绍了辐射换热预解区域法的综合总交换面积解算方程组,概要地说明了两种工程实用的计算辐射直接交换面积的选点蒙特—卡洛数值积分法和等分递推法。它们具有方法简单、计算精度良好、计算工作量小的特点。综合应用这两种算法可以用来解算复杂情况下的辐射换热问题。本文算法曾用于连续加热炉的炉膛传热计算,还可推广应用于其它工程辐射换热的分析计算。
This paper presents the solution system of algebraic equations for calculating total exchange areas of Hottel's preserving zoning method for radiation heat transfer; discusses summarily two useful engineering algorithms for calculating direct exchange areas: Moute-Carlo numerical integration with selective coordination and equi-zoning reciprocity method. The two algorithms are simpler, accurate enough and can save more computing time. These algorithms had been applied to calculating radiation heat transfer in reheating furnaces, and may be used for other heat equipment.
