摘要
本文针对移动加热法晶体生长特点.对其生长碲镉汞合金凝固过程及其传热现象进行了分析,建立了合理的数学模型,并数值计算了石英及生长材料的温度分布和固液界面形状,从计算结果和实际生长结果相比较看,二者基本吻合。
Based on understanding the characteristics of travelling heater method, a simulation of heat transfer of the solidification process of Hg1-2 Cd2 Te alloy has been developed in this paper. The temperature field in the ingot of alloy and the wall of quartz ampoule as well as the shape of the solidification interface have been calculated and the predicated results are ir agreement with measurement.
