摘要
作者自2002年1月至2003年3月用盐酸曲唑酮、西地那非加心理治疗与体能训练治疗早泄40例, 方法为同房前2小时口服盐酸曲唑酮50mg,前1小时口服西地那非50mg,结果治愈28例,改善8例,无效4例,治愈率达61%,取得了较为满意的疗效。
From January 2002 to March 2003, the authors treated 40 patients with premature ejaculation using traz-odone hydrochloride, sildenafil citrate, combined with psychotherapy and physical training. The dosage were trazodone hydro-chloride 50 mg orally 2 hours before coitus, and sildenafil citrate 50 mg orally 1 hour before coitus. The results were satisfactory, with cure in 28 patients, improvement in 8, and no response in 4, the cure rate reaching 61% .
