在pH=5.9土0.2(CH_2)_6N_4缓冲溶液中,Be(Ⅱ)与CAS和Zeph—TritonX-100形成高灵敏度蓝色配合物,ε610=1.4×10_5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),0~1.2μg Be/25ml范围内符合比尔定律,可用于地面水和工业废水中痕量铍的测定。
In buffer solution of hexamethylenetetramine of pH5.9+0.2, Be ( Ⅱ ) reacts with CAS and Zeph-TritonX-100 to form a complex, which has maximum absorption at 610nm. Its molar absorptivity is 1.4×105. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-1.2ug/25ml of Be ( Ⅱ ) . The proposed method has been applied to determine Be ( Ⅱ ) in overground water and industrial waste water satisfactorily.
