在pH5.6的0.08mol/L邻苯二甲酸氢钾—0.0024%新亚铜灵—0.2mol/LNaNO<sub>2</sub>溶液中,镉在单扫描示波极谱上有一个良好的络合物吸附波,Ep为-0.65V(vs.SCE)。导数蜂高与镉浓度在8×10<sup>9</sup>~1.6×10<sup>6</sup>g/ml的范围内呈线性关系。本法已用于测定样品中微量镉。
In a supporting electrolyte containing 0.08mol/L KHCBH4O4-0.0024%neocuprion (NCP) -0.2mol/L NaNOa at pH5.6,a sensitive adsorptive complex wave of cadmium with NCP has been obtained by single sweep polarography.The peak potential of the derivative wave is about - 0.65V(t;s.SCE). The relationship between the peak height of derivative wave and Cd concentration is linear over the range from 8×109g/ml to 1.6×10-8g/ml. The limit of detection for cadmium is 5×10-9g/ml. The mechamism of electrode reaction was studied by various methods. The wave was confirmed to be an adsorptive complex wave. The composition ratio of the complex is evaluated to be 1 : 1. The method has been successfully used for the determination of trace cadmium in water, wastewater, soil and lead-zinc ore.
