摘要
本文提出了试剂N-烯丙基-N'-(对苯磺酸钠)硫脲在Bi(Ⅲ)-Cu(Ⅱ)-NTu-I异金属四元体系中,于水相中直接光度法测定痕量铜。实验结果表明,铜浓度在25~30μg/ml范围内呈直线关系,ε=1×10~4,具有显色快、稳定性好、选择性高、操作方便等优点,可用于矿石、合金、食品中痕量铜的测定。
This paper gives a new method of spectrophotometric determination of trace copper with bismuth ( Ⅲ ) -copper ( Ⅱ ) NTu-iodide ion system. The proper conditions for analysis are selected by orthoganal design method. The experiment has proved that Beer's law is obeyed from 2.5ug/g copper to 30ug/g copper at the wave length of 326.8nm.Molar absorption is =1×104.
Such method is well qualified by rapidity of color development and good selection,of which the procedure is rapid and simple ,and extraction separation is avoided because it is straightly determined in aquo phase. Satisfactory results were obtained in determining copper in ore, food, and synthetical samples.
