摘要
伴随科学技术的发展,电子计算机被大规模地用在了办公自动化方面,大大提高了工作效率和管理水平。文件是档案的前身,文件处理、信息管理及办公方法、方式的变革,必然对档案管理产生重大影响。办公自动化能够促进并实现档案管理的自动化、现代化,有助于"文件与档案管理一体化"的实现,从而使档案管理工作产生变革,并促使档案管理人员提高科学文化知识水平。
With the development of science technique,electronic computer has been applied in office automation to improve the work efficiency and the management level.The document is the precursor of the file.The development of file trating and information mangement must affect the file management.The office automation can improve the automation and modernization,this benefits the concentration of the document and file management to improve the management persons' management technology.
