摘要
从生态学观点看城市的实质是以人为主体的社会、经济、自然三类异质性的系统相互联系、相互作用、相生相克、互为因果耦合而成的社会—经济—自然复合生态系统。城市生态建设的目的和目标是以可持续发展为总目的,目标是人类和自然双双受益,天(自然)人调谐;社会经济与生态环境协调发展;走向富裕(经济和生态资产的增长与积累),健康(人的身心健康及生态系统服务功能与代谢过程的健康),文明(物质、精神和生态文明)三位一体的复合生态繁荣,同步获取经济、社会、环境效益三赢。
This paper is to introduce some of the theo-retic concern about ecocities. The essence of cities,from ecological viewpoint, is a kind of social-eco-nomic-natural complex ecosystem. Its functions con-tain production, consumption, circulation, reductionand control. The connotation of ecocities is to couplethree sub-systems including eco-industry (economic),eco-environment (nature) and eco-civilization(society) by reform their traditional economic anddeveloped model of a city, in the range of carryingcapacity of its ecosystem. Its general objective issustainable development. Its intention aims at ben-efit for both nature and human society; harmony be-tween nature and man; harmonious development ofeconomy and eco-environment; to prosper integra-tion of three dimensions of richness, health andcivilization, namely the increase and accumulationof economic wealth and ecological assets; sound inbody and mind and ecosystem healthy; well civiliza-tion including material, spiritual and ecological.
