摘要
世界各国都把人力资源开发管理纳入可持续发展的战略范围。中国政府的人力资源丰富,开发管理潜力巨大,一旦配置得当,并激活这一人才群落施政的积极性、创造性,对提升政府工作效率、综合国力和参与全球化人力资源竞争将发挥重要作用。人才的选拔(选才)、人才的培训(育才)、人才的激励(留才)、人才的配置(用才)等四大方面的工作,是我国政府人力资源开发管理的重心。
This article deals with tapping government human resources.In the article,the author analyses the advantages of government human resources in China.At the same time,he emphasizes the significance of better tapping and managing government human resources.He considers that in tapping and managing government human resources due attention should be focused on the following four aspects of work:talent selection,talent training,talent motivation and talent use.
