摘要
面对西方资本主义发达国家主导的经济全球化的发展 ,面对西方文明和价值观念主导的单一发展模式在全球范围的扩展 ,面对超级大国推行的单边主义和政治经济文化霸权 ,世界存在及发展的多样性 ,尤其是社会和文化发展的多样性 ,受到了特别尖锐、特别严重、特别突出的挑战。在信息技术和现代交通手段及全球性交往迅速发展的今天 ,如何在发展中保持和保护多样性 ,探索不同文明共存共荣的多元化发展模式 ,在多样性中实现发展 ,实现工业化、信息化、全球化 ,是涉及人类能不能在地球上持续生存和发展的根本命运的大问题 ,是哲学社会科学必须加以研究和正确解决的一个迫切问题。文章运用现代科学理论和哲学的成果 ,阐述了多样性和统一性、多样性和规律性、多样性和发展性 (进步性 )的关系 ,认为对这些问题的回答直接决定着如何发展的问题。根据世界多样性存在的要求 ,必须科学确定个人在社会中的坐标、民族国家在世界上的坐标以及人类社会在自然界中的坐标 ,在多样性中发展 ,在发展中维护多样性 ,建立公正、合理的国际政治经济新秩序 ,实现人与自然的和谐发展 ,实现个人自由全面发展与社会全面进步的统一。
The diversity of social and cultural development meets with extremely serious challenge in a time of economic globalization led by developed Western capitalist countries, the global expansion of the single path of development defined by the Western civilization and values, and the unilateralism and political, economic and cultural hegemony of super powers. We must protect and promote diversity in development, industrialization, informationalization and globalization, and explore possibilities of co existence and prosperity of cultures to ensure mankind's existence and sustainable development. This is an issue urgently requiring a response from philosophy and social sciences. This paper draws from modern scientific theories and philosophical studies and discusses the relations of diversity and uniformity, regularity and development (progress). The answers to these questions directly determine the direction of development. A world of diversity requires a good understanding of man's position in the society, that of nation state in the world and that of human society in the nature. Development should be obtained without scarifying diversity. To achieve this, we must build up a just and reasonable new order for international politics and economy, so that man and nature may develop in harmony and free and comprehensive development of individuals may be in accordance with the comprehensive progress of society.
