摘要
首次提出螺旋锥齿轮振动复合研齿法 ,建立了V/H与齿面啮合关系的数学模型与振动研齿法的运动学模型。利用TCA方法 ,通过对齿面的接触路径与印痕、齿面相对运动速度与研磨轨迹、切削速度数值仿真 ,证明该模型能对齿面研磨中接触路径与印痕进行准确的控制 。
The vibration lapping method for spiral bevel gears is first presented. Two corresponding models are set up, i.e.the mathematic relation model between V/H position and the tooth surface contact points, and the kinematics model for the vibration lapping. Simulation analysis are performed for tooth surface contact path, contact pattern, lapping path and velocity. It is proved that the models can control precisely the contact path and pattern on surface under lapping, the vibration lapping efficiency and quality are better than the traditional lapping.
