摘要
本研究提出了一种新的彩色医学图像增强方法。该方法首先在CY空间中对图像的饱和度进行直方图均衡 ,再对亮度进行直方图修正 ,充分考虑了彩色图像中的亮度与饱和度之间的联系及亮度限制了饱和度的范围 ,从而消除了不可实现颜色。应用该算法对彩色医学眼科图像进行增强处理 ,实验结果表明本算法具有良好的效果。
A color medical image enhancement algorithm has been developed. A histogram equalization was first applied to the saturation component in color difference(C-Y) color space, then the histogram modification to luminance was achieved by taking into account the relationship that exited between luminance and saturation and the luminance value limitations of the range of possible saturations in color images, so it reduced unrealizable color. The new algorithm has been applied to medical color ophthalmologic images, the experimental results showed that this algorithm is effective.
