摘要
本文根据“超产权理论”的内涵构造出“二级放大器模型” ,然后对其进行详细分析和推演 ,并得到几点结论 ,本文为超产权理论的研究提供一个新的视角 ,意在对企业高层经理人员激励约束机制的安排提供新的思路。
This paper presents a two-level amplifier model according to the implications of beyond property-right theory, elaborate analyses and further deductions are made subsequently. This paper provides the reviews on beyond property-right theory with a new perspective and sheds light on the institutional arrangements of incentive and control mechanism for senior managers of different firms.
