摘要
采用三维数值模拟的方法对某摩托车发动机进气过程的气体流动进行了瞬态模拟 ,通过分析速度、压力、湍动能分布及定量计算缸内进气充量、缸内平均压力、平均湍动能等参数 ,研究了不同进气门倾角布置对进气过程的影响 .计算结果表明 。
A method of three-dimensional numerical simulation w as used to transiently simulate the gas flow during intake process in a motorcycle engine. By analyzing the distributions of velocity, pressure and turbulence kin etic energy (W), and calculating the integrated parameters, such as intake c harge, in-cylinder mean pressure and mean W, the effects of different intak e-valve layouts on intake process were studied. The results of calculation indi cated that larger intake-valve obliquity was favorable for intake process.
