摘要
通过电化学方法研究了不同浓度的有机羧酸对偶接及非偶接状态下铸铝的缓蚀性能,并对其缓蚀机理作了初步探讨.结果表明:常温状态下,该有机羧酸对铸铝有着很好的缓蚀效果,且随着其浓度的提高,缓蚀效果增加.此缓蚀剂对铸铝主要表现为几何覆盖效应,为抑制阳极型缓蚀剂.
The corrosion behavior of cast aluminum in different concentrations of organic carboxylic acid is studied by means of electrochemical methods, such as the potentiodynamic method, electrochemical impedance spectrum (EIS) and galvanocautery. The inhibition mechanism of carboxylic acid is also analyzed. Experimental results show that the inhibitive efficiency is improved if the concentration of the carboxylic acid is raised, and the carboxylic acid is a kind of anodic inhibitor, which displays geometrical cover effect on cast-aluminum.
