摘要
此项研究将地面、井筒和地层作为一个整体系统,采用节点分析方法,建立并求解了地面管线、井筒和地层的蒸汽吞吐注采系统的组合模型。同时,采用模拟退火优化方法,提出了蒸汽吞吐井注采参数整体优化设计方法。应用结果表明,用此方法优化蒸汽吞吐井各周期注采参数可大幅度提高蒸汽吞吐井的热能利用率,改善稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐开采效果。
In this paper,the flow of steam in surface pipeline,wellbore and formation is considered as a whole system.The nodal analysis technique is applied to found and solve the integrated model considering steam injection process from surface pipeline to wellbore and to formation.Simulated annealing to global optimal problem is introduced to found and solve the integrated injection-production optimization system of steam stimulation.The application proves that the method is used to optimize the injection-production parameters each cycle,heat efficiency of steam injection and recovery efficiency of steam stimulation can be enhanced at a large range.
