摘要
对于有地调/中心站结构模式的无功电压优化运行自动控制,文中借助于分级递阶控制的技术,整体计算、递阶决策、分级控制、协调管理,较好地解决了地调/中心站结构中具有较多个变电站规模的无功电压优化运行自动控制的问题。实例证明,这种技术方法应用于有地调/中心站结构的无功电压优化控制是可行且有效的。
A control system for reactive power/voltage in main station/substation model by means of hierarchical technology has been proposed. The automatic control of main station/substation reactive power/voltage optimized operation is solved by use of the hierarchical technology, overall calculation, cascaded decision-making and coordinated management. The experience of applying this system in Fuzhou Power Network shows that the reactive power/voltage optimized control system with the main station/substation structure is feasible and effective.
