摘要
目的 :研究急性脑梗死患者血糖变化及高血糖对神经功能损伤的影响。方法 :对 38例高血糖患者和 6 8例正常血糖患者血糖水平和神经功能缺损评分进行分析。结果 :高血糖组患者神经功能缺损评分较正常血糖组显著增高 ;高血糖组患者高血糖升高与神经功能缺损评分呈显著正相关。结论 :高血糖可以恶化脑梗死急性期的神经损伤 ,并延缓神经损伤的康复进程 ,血糖水平变化在某种程度上反映了脑组织损伤的严重性。
Objective:To investigate he change of blood glucose in acute cerebral ischemia patients and the effects of high glucose on the damage of nerve function.Methods:106 cerebral ischemia patients were divided into 2 groups:normal glucose group 68 cases and high glucose group 38 cases,determined the blood glucose and analysed the nerve function impairment score.Results:The high glucose group showed higher nerve function impairment scores than normal glucose;blood glucose were positively correlated with the nerve function impairment score.Conclusion:High glucose exacerbate the damage of nerve function and retard the convalescent process of nerve function,the blood glucose reflect the severity of nerve function impairment in some sense.
