摘要
目的 :探讨经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石。方法 :总结 1999年 5月～ 2 0 0 2年 5月应用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗的输尿管中下段结石 5 0例体会。结果 :5 0例中治愈 4 9例 ,3d内结石完全排出 ,治愈率为 98%。结论 :经输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石是一种安全有效且并发症少的方法。
Objective:To evaluate the treatment of middle and liwer ureteral calculi by ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy.Methods:50 cases of middle and lower ureteral calculi treated by ureteros copic pneumatic lithotripsy from may 1995 to may 2002 were reviewed.Results:In all the 50 cases,complete stone fragmentations and eliminations were achieved in three days.The rate of curation was 98 %.Conclusion:Ureteros copic pneumatic lithotripsy is an ideal management for middle and lower ureteral calculi which not noly is safe and effective but also has less complications.
