摘要
欧盟是有机农业产品最重要的国际贸易市场之一。面对愈筑愈高的绿色壁垒,了解欧盟有机农业标准和法律是逾越壁垒的基础。介绍了欧盟进口有机农业产品的基本前提、收录到欧洲委员会的有机农业产品贸易“第3国名录”的程序和要求等,以利于我国有机农业产品出口欧盟的策略选择。
European Union (EU) countries are the most important markets for the international trade in the organic agricultural products. The name list of the third countries is ranged by the EU Committee based on the EU technical standards and regulations to allow the agricultural products trade each other. This paper systematically introduces how the third country goes entrance into the list to fit the demands of European Commission decision, such as the procedure and the requirement.
