摘要
农业劳动者科技文化素质的高低是影响农业产业结构调整的关键因素之一。文中分析农业劳动者科技文化素质的现状以及与农业产业结构调整要求的差距,进而提出了提高农业劳动者科技文化素质的对策。
The level of scientific,technological and cultural quality of agriculture laborers is the key of the regulation of agricultural structure. The statues and the differences between the present condition of agriculture laborers and the demand of the regulation in agricultural structure were analyzed in this paper and the coun-termeasures were also put forward to improve the scientific,technological and cultural quality of agriculture laborers.
